     Two primary healthcare providers looking to improve patient outcomes through improved communication, enhanced patient access to their provider, and our goal to reduce the patient healthcare burden related to a system that places higher importance on checking boxes over the patient experience.

Erin Zimmer APRN FNP

     Erin Zimmer is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of nursing expertise. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alberta in Canada and began her career as an acute care registered nurse. Over the next 15 years, she expanded her clinical skills while working as an acute care and travel nurse across diverse healthcare settings.

     Driven by a passion for advanced practice and patient-centered care, Erin returned to graduate school to complete her Master of Science in Nursing. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and holds additional certification in urological health, allowing her to provide comprehensive, specialized care to patients of all ages.

     In her personal time, Erin enjoys spending time with her two sons, who are in college, and her fiancé. She also loves being on the water—swimming or paddleboarding whenever she can.  

John A Somers APRN FNP

     John Somers is a person that always wanted to be a Medical Provider. He saw early on in life the positive impact they can have on people's lives. This fueled his passion to go on this healthcare journey. Beginning as a nurse in post-op neurosurgical, then transitioning to behavioral health, he ultimately wanted to further his impact and education obtaining a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of South Florida.   With experience as a provider in Family medicine and Urology he looks forward to helping individuals improve their well-being. 

     When he is not providing care to others he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and kicking the soccer ball around.
